5. Do you provide documentation or letters?
Yes, we offer:
Evaluation with Emotional Service Animal Letter (one-time evaluation) — $199
Emotional Service Animal Letter (for established patients) — $100
Diagnosis Letter — $50
FMLA Short-Term Leave Application (with evaluation) — $125
504 / Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Request Letter — $50

Yes! Our self-pay subscription is $149/month, which includes up to 2 visits per month.

12. Can parents join therapy sessions for their children?
Yes, parents or guardians can be involved if needed.
13. Are sessions private and secure?
Yes! All visits are confidential and meet health privacy standards.
14. Can I book weekend appointments?
Yes! Saturday appointments are only for new patient 15-minute free consults.
